I’m Patrick, or pZ. My background in tech and startups gave me a taste for automation: understanding a task, simplifying it and building something that lasts.

Since 2022, AI has been part of my everyday work. I test tools, build products and learn from what doesn’t work, too.

100xWorks grew from a simple observation: access to AI isn’t enough to make it useful. You need to start with your work, your constraints and a specific problem. That’s the work I do with you.

A direct relationship. A concrete goal.

I coach you personally, remotely, on your real work. You practice between sessions, we work through blockers, and you learn to improve what you’ve built.

Keep a critical eye

We check outputs and identify limits. AI isn’t suited to every task.

Your independence is part of the outcome. You should understand how to continue after the program.

100xWorks is the coaching activity of The Jarvis Company, my studio. I also develop my own products, including TickBoom. I reserve roughly a quarter of my time for coaching, by application. That practice informs what I teach.
