Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: June 2026

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the conditions under which The Jarvis Company, operating under the trade name 100xWorks ("Provider"), delivers AI coaching services to individuals and businesses ("Client").

Services

  • Individual coaching sessions (Live Session)
  • Intensive coaching programs (AI Sprint, AI Mastery Build)
  • AI diagnostic audit

Pricing and Payment

Prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order. Payment is made via a secure payment link sent by email or by bank transfer upon invoice. Exact payment terms are confirmed at the time of order validation. Prices are listed in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), or Canadian dollars (CAD) depending on the currency displayed.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed by an email exchange between the Client and the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to decline any order.

Right of Withdrawal (Individual Clients — EU/France)

Under French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), individual clients residing in the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date the contract is concluded. If the Client requests that the service begin before this period expires, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. For programs, partial performance results in a pro-rata refund for sessions not yet completed.

Cancellation Policy

Individual sessions — Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated to the Provider at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Beyond this deadline, the session is charged in full and deducted from the program.

Programs — No refund is granted after the program has started (first session completed) or after the legal withdrawal period has expired, whichever comes first. Before the program starts and within the legal period, a full refund is issued.

Business Clients (B2B) — No statutory right of withdrawal applies to business clients. Cancellation terms are specified at the time of order confirmation.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered remotely via video conference. The Provider undertakes to perform services with diligence and competence. Indicative timelines provided do not constitute firm commitments.

Best Efforts — No Guarantee of Results

The coaching services provided constitute a best-efforts obligation. The Provider does not guarantee specific results (revenue, productivity gains, performance), which depend on the Client's own investment and implementation.

Intellectual Property

All materials, methods and content provided in the context of the services remain the exclusive property of the Provider. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Personal Data

The processing of Clients' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Liability

The Provider's liability may not be invoked in cases of force majeure, malfunction of third-party tools (video conferencing platforms, third-party AI tools), or the Client's failure to fulfil their own obligations.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via jarvisherohq@gmail.com. Failing that, the courts of the Provider's jurisdiction will have competence. Consumers residing in another EU country also benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence.
