Data Collected
When you complete the audit questionnaire, we collect your first name, email address, and your questionnaire responses. When you download our free guide, we collect your first name and email address. No other personal data is collected.
Purpose
Your data is used to deliver the resource you requested (diagnostic or guide) and, if you explicitly agreed via the form checkbox, to contact you by email to discuss your project or send you AI tips and updates. If you did not tick this box, you will receive no further emails from us after the requested resource has been sent.
Legal Basis
Delivering the requested resource (diagnostic or guide) is based on the performance of your request. Subsequent emails (follow-up contact, tips and updates) are based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via a separate, unchecked checkbox. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Retention Period
Your data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Cookies and Analytics
We use PostHog, an analytics tool, to understand how the website is used (pages visited, user journeys, session recording) and to improve it. No analytics cookies are set and no data is collected until you give your consent via the banner shown on your first visit.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can accept or decline at any time, and change your choice via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of each page. Declining has no effect on your browsing or access to the site.
Data is hosted by PostHog within the European Union, with no transfer outside the EU. It is retained only for as long as necessary to analyse site usage and is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It may pass through technical subcontractors (hosting, email delivery) operating in compliance with GDPR.
